Sirius Black, yes he is named after the Harry Potter character, is an absolute star and a beloved member of the Mini Minds team! This handsome 7-year-old Black Lab and Beagle mix has a heart of gold and a serious passion for helping people.

Winnie is the newest member of the Mini Minds therapy dog team. Like Finn, he is a Field Spaniel, one of the 50 rarest dog breeds in the United States. With low annual registrations and a formal Vulnerable Native Breed designation in the U.K. (fewer than 300 puppies registered annually), every Field Spaniel plays an important role in the preservation and future of the breed.

Finn, owned by Kennedy, is an AKC Puppy of Achievement (POA) AKC Grand Champion (GCH), AKC Champion (CH), and UKC Champion (CH), proudly representing the Field Spaniel, a rare and vulnerable breed. Field Spaniels are among the 50 rarest dog breeds in the United States, with limited annual registrations, making each dog an important part of the breed’s preservation and history.

Remy is a Shepherd mix owned and loved by Kennedy. She holds Canine Good Citizen, Community Canine, and Urban Canine Good Citizen titles, along with a Novice Trick Dog title. She has also recently begun exploring FASTcat, adding a new chapter to her list of accomplishments.
