Madeline has been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for 10 years. Prior to opening Clear Perspectives in 2021, she accumulated a variety of experience including working in both inpatient and outpatient settings at the St. Vincent Stress Center (where she maintains on staff), serving as the medication provider for the DePauw University Counseling Center and managing those with co-occurring substance abuse diagnoses.

Sabrina has been a nurse in the mental health field the last 13 years initially as a psychiatric nurse and has been prescribing as a nurse practitioner since 2016. She has practiced in both inpatient and intensive outpatient programming through the St. Vincent Stress Center and continues to remain on medical staff serving as the primary provider of a therapeutic day school program for school aged children. Sabrina has also provided psychiatric medication services at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology & St. Mary of the Woods College serving as the the first on-campus provider for both schools. She also has several years of experience working as a RN on a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Riley Hospital for Children and brings this additional medical knowledge and understanding to the care of her patients.
