Hi, I’m Karen and I live in Carmel with my husband, Scott, and 3 kids. Nick and Ella attend IU Bloomington and my youngest, Kate, goes to Carmel High School.

Since 2007 I’ve been sharing a little bit of the East Coast with the Midwest. Born in New Jersey, I graduated in 1998 from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, with a BA at the School of Communication. Growing up an only child with divorced parents, living with a young working mother, I found the importance of building and maintaining relationships through interpersonal communication.

Taylor has been working in the field of occupational therapy for the last ten years.

Ginger is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in supporting children with behavioral challenges and unique needs. With a holistic and creative approach, she works to foster positive change in all areas of a child’s life—home, school, social interactions, and the broader community. Ginger is skilled in crafting personalized strategies to address difficult behaviors, building strong, supportive relationships with both children and their families.

Melissa’s specializes in working with children, teenagers, young adults and parents. In addition, being a mother herself, she enjoys working with women as they are navigating the challenges of motherhood and self-identity. Melissa also has a passion in helping teenagers and young adults navigate life transitions as she believes that these provide powerful opportunities for self-growth.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by a Masters of Science degree in Communication Disorders. I began practicing as a Speech Language Pathologist in 2011. In my 12 years of experience, I have worked in a variety of settings including early intervention, hospitals, schools and pediatric outpatient clinics. I went to school to learn how to be the “perfect” parent. I double-mastered in early childhood education and family psychotherapy. I spent 8 years studying and working in the most diverse and varied socio-economic part of the country. I worked in classrooms and became a licensed therapist. I dedicated the first decade of my career providing therapeutic and educational support in the community.
