During her professional journey, she has worked as a lead occupational therapist, served as a clinical manager of an outpatient pediatric clinic, and most recently has been a professor in the School of Occupational Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. Her advanced certifications are in feeding, eating, and swallowing, mental health from the occupational perspective, lifestyle management, and infant massage. She has a master’s degree in occupational therapy and a post-professional doctorate in the field with an emphasis on family-centered practice. Taylor has published articles on professionalism and belonging. Her interests outside of work include yoga, hiking, and spending quality time with her wife, daughter, and their golden retriever, Leo!
