Kathleen Yohe

Kathleen Yohe

Administrative Assistant

I taught 5th grade at St Joan of Arc for four years and then as a 3rd grade teacher and elementary Math specialist for five years at The Orchard School. Upon the birth of our middle of three children, Paige, I was thrust into a new world of medical needs, therapies, advocating, and a desire to learn more about health and wellness. Paige was born with Down syndrome. I believe in her wholeheartedly, just as I did my students when I was teaching. With the right supports in place, any child, any person can be successful. I am happy to be a part of Mini Minds working to serve families in finding supports to aid in their growth.

Grace Lucchese, MSW, LSW

Mental Health Therapist

Grace is a Licensed Social Worker who enjoys helping younger elementary school aged kiddos navigate life and its inevitable challenges, especially those kids who need the extra support in learning how to better regulate their emotions. Together, they explore how to recognize what is happening within the child’s mind and body when they are struggling with regulating and find coping strategies to best help them overcome their emotional challenges. Using evidence-based practices like CBT with her clients helps them to engage, connect and re-center themselves using the tools that we’ve explored and practiced using in session. Grace is not currently accepting new clients as she recently had a beautiful baby boy!
