Hi, my name is Ally! I am so excited to be a part of the Mini Minds family. I have a passion for helping families through a client/family-centered, collaborative approach! I have worked with kiddos since I was a teenager, including babysitting, teaching dance classes, including helping to run a program inclusive to kiddos who rely on wheelchairs for daily mobility, and participating as a respite service provider for Autism Society of Indiana.

Through collaborative goal-setting and a deeper understanding of family routines and values, I am able to come alongside families to work towards improved quality of life for the child and family. I love utilizing mindfulness, journaling, sensory regulation strategies, and artistic expression to improve quality of life, executive functioning, and regulation for improved independence in daily activities.

In my free time, I enjoy adventuring and exploring new places with my husband and dog, FaceTiming my niece, reading new books, serving in Kids Ministry at my local church, teaching dance, and crafting.
