Alise Morin

Occupational Therapist
Brief info

Hi, I’m Alise! I was born and raised in Indianapolis and spent ten wonderful years living in Colorado—earning my Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University—before returning home in 2020 to pursue occupational therapy and be closer to family. Since then, I have completed my post-graduate education at the University of Indianapolis and received my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

I am passionate about supporting children and families through a holistic, strengths-based lens. My clinical experience spans pediatric outpatient care, acute psychiatric settings, rehabilitation hospitals, and community-based programs. I completed my fieldwork at Mini Minds and am thrilled to be back as part of the team. My background includes supporting children with sensory processing challenges, emotional regulation needs, executive functioning delays, and neurodiverse identities.

I have a deep passion for using creative interventions—such as expressive arts, movement, and mindfulness—to support mental health and emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, creativity, and collaboration, with an emphasis on building meaningful connections and empowering each child’s unique capabilities.

Outside of work, I enjoy painting, exercising, sports, exploring new places, spending time with my pets, and connecting with friends and family. I’m honored to walk alongside families on their journey and to be part of the supportive community at Mini Minds.
